RETURNS:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your TuxShirt.com purchase, you may return the unworn garment for a full refund or exchange minus shipping, within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
Before you RETURN: Please email us before you return your item. We would like to hear the problem before you take the time and trouble of mailing it back. Please check your Spam filter since many times our message is trapped. Email us at: info@tuxshirt.com.
When you return an item, indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Please include all your information along with your phone number.
We accept full responsibility for our mistakes. TuxShirt.com goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality.
If you paid for your order by credit card or PayPal, we may issue a credit and will appear on your billing statement as Screen Graphics, Inc. and/or Tuxshirt.com, or we may choose to send a check.
Return Policy rules and exceptions to this policy:
1. You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
2. Returned items must be unused, meaning you didn't wear the item, or try it on, or leave the garment where it becomes dirty, etc.
3. The blank item itself is materially flawed, the printing or embroidery, is below a reasonable range of expectations
4. If we filled your order wrong we fix it at our expense.
5. Exchanges are handled just like returns. In other words, simply return the item(s) you don't want and place a new order for the item(s) you do want. Once we receive your return we will refund you for the price of the merchandise.

Mail in Orders:
We gladly accept checks, money orders and major credit cards for mail order transactions. Online orders are Secure and limited to major credit cards. Allow 2 weeks for checks to clear before shipping. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s.
By placing an order with TuxShirt.com the buyer assumes all responsibility and represents that he/she is of legal age and that the products will be used in a legal manner. We cannot assume any liability for the use of any product. We recommend the buyer become familiar with the laws in their city, state, province, which regulates the use and possession of products. TuxShirt.com is not responsible for the improper use of materials or items not followed as deemed by the manufacturer.
Shipping:
USA and Canada SHIPPING ONLY: Please allow 1 week for delivery. Although we send items as soon as possible after receiving your order UPS, FedEx, and the Postal Services fluctuate with volume. UPS, FedEx, and other shippers do not deliver on weekends without special delivery shipping. Delivery Monday - Friday. We follow all national holidays so please make plans accordingly.
Phone Orders:
We understand that there are still several people who like to order through the phone. Because the internet is On 24 hours a day and 7 Days a week we decided several years ago to be an online company. This gave us the best use of the limited resources all companies have. Our On-Line Order Process is actually safer and is built with many more security features than ordering by phone. We hope you will use our Secure Online Order Process. If this is your first time ordering online we promise you will never go back to using the phone.
